I've just listed 5mm faceted rhinestones on my Art Fire Store today. These acrylic rhinestones have 8 faceted faces and sparkle like precious jewelry. The jewel beads are excellent for card making and scrapbooking. They are also suitable for other decoration purpose. Glue them on your doll clothes, shoes, vases, tiles or have them decorate your handphones, compact mirrors and other trinkets. Perfect for jewelry making too!

22 colours available, choose from clear, Black, Lavender, red, hot pink, violet, cafe, baby blue, baby pink, kelly green, emerald green, silver shade, light gold, moon blue, sky blue, royal blue, amethyst, teal, lemon, rosewood, orange and primrose.

Bling Bling Bridal Shoe

Another pair of bridal shoe decorated with rhinestones. The bride to be, Jeanie like it simple and elegant. So I use the bigger size stones for the center part as focal point, spread out to smaller ones to the side and towards the ankle strips.

Material used: 4mm, 3mm & 2.5mm rhinestones clear colour.
Glue used: E6000

How to add bling to your bridal shoe

I always hear friends complains that they can't find the perfect bridal shoe for their wedding. They are either too expensive or not elegant enough. Ever thought of adding some bling bling rhinestones to a plain pair of white shoe?

Wanna know how to decorate your wedding shoe? Just follow the step by step tutorial here:-

A plain white open toe shoe

Tools:
a. Tweezer,
b. tooth pick,
c. 2-Ton Epoxy glue ( I use Devcon for this demo)
d. wooden stick with rhinestone picker.

Materials:
a. 6pcs 7mm rhinestones clear colour
b. 100pcs 4mm rhinestones clear colour
c. 80pcs 3mm rhinestones clear colour
d. 60pcs 2.5mm rhinestones clear colour

Squeeze out a bit of epoxy glue from booth tubes.

Make sure you have both part A & B in equal amount.

By using a tooth pick, mix booth part A and B glue till even.

Take a small amount of mix glue and apply carefully onto the spot you want to fix the 1st rhinestone.

Pick up the 7mm rhinestone and stick onto the glued spot.

Take note: do not over apply the glue as it will be squeeze out from the side of the rhinestones.

Rhinestones picker can be use to help picking up smaller rhinestones.

Arrange the rhinestones from 7mm to 4mm, follow by 3mm and 2.5mm accordingly, depending on the designs of the shoe.

Repeat the same for both sides of the shoe, and whoola!!! A plain white shoe immediately turns into an elegant pair of bridal shoe!

Bling Up The Plain Jewelry Box

This was another opportunity given to me to decorate a jewelry box, a birthday gift to Sam. This is quite a classy look box made of PU in beige colour. It's original look was a bit plain due to it's size.

Instead of decorating it with bling bling rhinestones, I choose flatback pearl as majority material to create a new appearance that is pleasure to our eyes. The birthday girl's name Sam is placed right at the bottom corner as this is a present decicated specially for her.

The Princess Mirror

I was tempted to bling this Ikea mirror during my preparations for Arts For Grabs 2 weeks back. I was selling my handmade jewelry actually, so I was thinking it will be nice if I bring a nice looking mirror.

This is the largest bling area I've ever decorate so far. I uses nearly 4000 pcs of 4mm rhinestones ( hot pink, baby pink & clear colour). Never expect the to use up so many rhinestones and time. Spent almost 4 nights finishing this master piece, and I give her a name - The Princess Mirror.

However, she is so gorgeous and outstanding that someone wanted to adopt her when I bring her out on my first day of Bazaar. This request came to me unexpectedly, and after few sweet persuasion words from this charming lady, I let her adopt Princess Mirror.... Sob..sob....I miss her so much, but I'm glad to know that she will be taken care of.

I'm planning to do another deco using the same mirror, bought 2 from Ikea last week. One for myself and another one will be up for sale. So if you are interested to adopt my new princess mirror, do feel free to drop me an email at molecule2u{at}gmail.com. for price.

Yahoo!! Just received my bling bling material parcel yesterday. Busy checking and sorting out the goods and I am so excited about new creations I can made with them. I have got the full colour range of rhinestones in different sizes & shapes.

Simple Bling

Jocelyn, my uni mate like pastel colours & simple design, which suit her personality and career as a nutrition adviser. Hence, I've picked light gold, lemon & clear colour's rhinestones for her. I add just little bling to this name card case by lining these three colours around the centre. The lucky star beads at the side is my blessing to Jocelyn, wish she will continue to shine as a star in her career.

Rhinestones are what we use ｆｏｒ　bling bling deco. It is made of either rock crystal, glass or acrylic. Name after river, rhinestones were very rare and originally rock crystal gathered from the river of Rhine.Metal powder is being coated to lower side of glass to create beautiful rhinestones, and is also known as Strass in European languages.

Crystal rhinestones are all times favorite, it has been widely use to create classy and sophisicated design in our fashion world. Austria (Swarovski) and Czech Republic (Preciosa) are two major producer of crystal rhinestones. However, the cost of stones are at the high side.

Acylic rhinestones are more afordable, hence gain it's popularity in bling bling decorations. I love Bling Bling

Couldn't remember since when I started to fall in love with bling bling deco. My interest started since I watched a Taiwanese Show “ 女人我最大” few years back.

I was amazed with the possibility of design and totally crazy about it. I went look around in KL for the raw material but couldn't find it, maybe it was not as popular in Malaysia back then. So I abundant it till lately.... when I start looking around for my beading material on ebay..... At last I found it, and what a coincident, the seller is one of my best buddy back in school!!

I know nuts about how to apply it, but I was adventurous enough to buy the rhinestones and start exploring it. I must admit that my first piece was a lousy one, but I learn from the mistake. So... after few round of practice finally I made it!

I started this blog to display my bling bling creations and also to share my discovery on this part of new trend arts.
